In order to deeply understand and master the new version of the ISO9001-2015 quality management system standard, develop management ideas and smoothly carry out subsequent version changes. The company organized the ISO9001-2015 new standard and internal auditor training on January 16-18. Invite Mr. Xiong, a senior auditor of China Inspection and Certification Group (CQC), to give lectures. A total of 40 people from the company's senior management, management personnel from various departments, and personnel from 3 other units participated in the training.

Through this training, the trainees systematically learned the ISO9001-2015 quality management system standard requirements and internal audit work. The revision personnel have a basic understanding of the new requirements of the 2015 version of ISO9001, and those who participated in the ISO9001 training for the first time have a basic understanding of the origin of the standard. , Purpose, requirements, and internal audit. The team of internal auditors of the company's quality management system is expected to be expanded to 25.

Questions and thoughts: The new standard requires the improvement of process methods and the application of risk-based thinking. The chapter structure of the new standard reflects the application of process methods.

How to use the PDCA cycle and risk-based thinking to properly manage and improve each process is the focus of our revision. According to the 3-year validity period of the system certificate, the best time to upgrade the new version of the company system is in December this year. According to the plan, the two main lines will be carried out after the festival:

1. Re-organize the responsibilities of each department according to the structure, and then confirm/organize/formulate the corresponding process (process) according to the responsibilities of each block.

2. Based on the requirements of the 2015 version of ISO9001, the trainees will compare their own department's current situation, conduct a gap analysis, and confirm the requirements and plans for document updates.

The training is over, but the work (a thorough understanding of the standards, implementation of the standards) has just started, the so-called long way to go. In December, a third party certified our company for the 2015 version and witnessed the results of the coordinated efforts of various departments.
